Backyard Bible Club ( BYBC ) was a big hit this year!

This year's theme for BYBC was Treasure Cove! We spent the week learning about and seeking the Treasure's of Christ. Each day we learned about a special jewel and got clues at every activity as we went through our morning with Songs, Seashore Bible Stories, Real Treasure Crafts, Snack Shack, Gem Games & Chester's Bible Challenge!

These are the stories and the great gems that the children discovered during the week:

Jesus fed 5,000 people.
Monday

Jesus is our greatest treasure.

"(In Jesus) you have been enriched in every way."

Diamond

Jesus walke on water.
Tuesday

Jesus shows us he is God's treasured Son.

"(God) is rich in mercy... by grace you have been saved." [Ephesians 2:4,5]
Sapphire

Jesus washed the disciples feet.
Wednesday

Jesus became poor to make us rich.

"Know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through His poverty, might become rich." [ 2 Corinthians 8:9 ]
Amethyst

The risen Jesus at the beach.
Thursday

Jesus paid a great price to forgive our sins.

"It ws not with perishable things such as silver and gold that you were redeemed... but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect." [ 1 Peter 1:18,19 ]
